Virtual Assistant

Pure Vision Entertainment & Style ME PDX (2 companies), are leading mobile entertainment & Hair and make up companies specializing in weddings, corporate, and private events, is looking for Virtual Assistant to join our team. Our current office manager and VA of 3.5 years will be taking a leave to spend time with family. You’ll work 5 days a week alongside me (Jared, Owner) (Ashley - owner of Style me PDX) and our teams, with responsibilities including administrative tasks, financial spreadsheets, CRM database management, MUST have experience with WORDPRESS websites, social media management along with managing our Youtube channel. Additional tasks may include photo editing, graphic design, and more.

Starting pay is $3/hr for a 90-day trial period. After 90 days, we’ll review your progress with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time, salaried role at 50 hours per week. We currently have two VAs who’ve been with us for nearly 4 years, and you’ll have the opportunity to connect with them to learn about their experience.
