Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to support a range of tasks across social media, content creation, podcast production, business administration, and personal assistance. You’ll play a key role in helping the business operate efficiently so the owner can focus on client relationships and growth. This is a remote, full-time position with room for growth and increased learning and challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Support
Edit and publish social media content (video clips, photos, captions, thumbnails) for Reality Vision Owner and Rebrand Pending Podcast
Edit Reality Vision’s client content (enhancing video, background adjustments, adding captions) and prepare for client approval/upload
Create and manage content folders for real estate listing clients, share completed work with realtors
Podcast
Edit podcast episodes in Riverside (cut out non sense, add intro/outro music, pre-recorded ads)
Create clips for engaging social media videos
Newsletter Production
Publish newsletter (format and send via
Operations & Administration
Prepare and send client invoices, log payments, track expenses
Manage business and personal calendar, book appointments, and send reminders
Log and file business expenses
Monitor CEO’s and Admin
Liaise with photographers for scheduling and project delivery, track outsourced payments
Assist with creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for tasks and identify improvements in operations
Client & Project Support
Handle incoming appointment requests for real estate clients
Organize project files and ensure content delivery
Provide reminders for important deadlines, payments, and follow-ups
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
Proficient in video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software
Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn,
Experience working with real estate, photography, or creative industries
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or expense tracking software (Stripe, Excel)
Design skills for simple graphics and thumbnails (Canva or Adobe Suite)
Ability to write captions or repurpose content for social media
Experience creating or maintaining SOPs
Work Environment
Fully remote position with flexible hours (upon agreement)
Collaborative and entrepreneurial atmosphere with room to grow and take on more responsibility
Ongoing communication via
