JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Scheduling & Client Management

Manage and schedule client appointments via phone, email, or online booking software.
Ensure appointment reminders are sent out to clients ahead of time.
Handle cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows efficiently.
Update client profiles with appointment history, preferences, and other important information.
Customer Service & Inquiries

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media messages.
Provide information about salon services, pricing, promotions, and availability.
Handle client complaints and concerns with a professional and friendly approach.
Administrative Support

Organize and maintain client records and appointments.
Assist in preparing reports related to salon performance and customer feedback.
Manage email correspondence and follow-up communications.
Marketing & Social Media Assistance

Help with the creation and scheduling of social media posts.
Assist in managing online reviews and client feedback on platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook.
Support email marketing campaigns and client outreach initiatives.
Inventory Management

Assist in tracking salon product inventory, ensuring that supplies are ordered on time.
Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock and maintain product availability.
Miscellaneous Tasks

Assist with creating and implementing client loyalty programs.
Perform any other administrative tasks to ensure smooth salon operations.
Stay updated on new salon trends, industry changes, and technology tools.
