Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented long term Virtual Assistant to help with scheduling YouTube videos, converting AI voiceovers in ElevenLabs, and handling other general tasks for multiple channels. If you’re proactive and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!

This role starts as a part-time position, but if you perform well and show consistency, there is an opportunity for a full-time role with more tasks, responsibilities and of course a better wage! We'll start with a gradual approach, testing your skills on one channel with a lower workload and pay. As you prove yourself, both your responsibilities and compensation will increase based on performance, so take this into account when checking the wages and number of hours required.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule YouTube videos on time.
- Convert AI-generated voiceovers in ElevenLabs.
- Perform various essential business tasks.
- Communicate openly & proactively about progress and challenges.


Requirements:
- No prior experience needed, but a plus if you have it.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions well.
- Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
