About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who takes initiative, communicates effectively, and thrives in a dynamic environment. This role is focused on lead generation, content editing, and client engagement, with a creative element using Canva.

Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Engagement & Outreach – Managing connections, messages, and follow-ups
Editing LinkedIn Posts – Refining pre-written content to ensure clarity and impact
Creating Graphics in Canva – Designing content for LinkedIn posts
Client & Potential Client Communication – Responding to inquiries and engaging professionally

What We're Looking For:
Experience with LinkedIn lead generation (following an existing approach)
Strong Canva skills (especially for content creation)
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Takes initiative – You don’t wait for direction, you see what needs to be done
Creative thinker – Can adapt to different content styles and engagement strategies
Fluent in English – Strong writing and speaking skills are a must
A LinkedIn account with 2,000+ followers and willingness to use it for work
Prior VA experience is a plus (but not a requirement)
Experience working with coaches is a plus
