About Us:
Delve is a dynamic startup seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team's daily operations and help drive business efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and organize
Handle calendar management and scheduling for tea
Process basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records
Create and send invoices to clients in a timely manner
Monitor and triage Slack messages, ensuring important communications are properly addressed
Conduct sales follow-ups and maintain customer relationship records
Coordinate meetings and appointments across different time zones
Provide administrative support for various tea
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in administrative support or virtual assistance
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with common business tools (G Suite, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
Experience with basic bookkeeping and invoicing software
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with startups
Knowledge of CRM systems
Familiarity with project management tools
Background in customer service or sales support
Hours and Availability:
Full-time position (40 hours/week)
