Customer Service Calls: Answer and manage guest inquiries or issues via phone when necessary.
Guest Messaging & Support: Respond to guest messages on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com in a timely and professional manner.
Issue Resolution: Handle any problems that arise during guest stays, such as check-in issues, maintenance requests, or concerns, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Coordination & Communication: Work with cleaners, maintenance teams, and other staff to resolve issues quickly.
Problem-Solving: Think on your feet and find solutions to unexpected situations to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service (hospitality or property management experience is a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple guest interactions at once.
Quick response time and availability for urgent matters.
Tech-savvy – must be comfortable using short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com) and communication tools.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Schedule & Availability:
This is a remote position, but availability to handle urgent issues is required.
Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings, as guest issues can arise at any time.
