JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative and Sales Support Specialist to join the Info Plus team. This part-time role (approximately 28-30 hours per week) supports the CEO, sales, customer service, and marketing efforts. The role offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time position and is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, high spoken English proficiency, an eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude. You will be an integral part of our virtual team, working closely with the CEO and other team members.

Key Responsibilities

Reception and Administrative Support
Monitor and manage incoming phone calls and emails for the CEO.
Filter and clear spam emails effectively.
Support scheduling for business and personal appointments, as well as coordinating team and sales meetings.
Perform general administrative duties, including various backup tasks.
Sales Support
Handle inbound inquiries, assess potential sales opportunities, and provide information on Info Plus services, products, and affiliate-related offerings.
Track and report on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data.
Create and maintain accurate estimates for services and products, ensuring pricing is up to date.
Customer Service
Conduct onboarding and orientation meetings for new product and service customers.
Manage offboarding processes (exit meetings) for departing customers.
Address incoming questions and provide responsive customer support to existing clients.
Marketing Support
Assist in coordinating webinar activities:
Engage with potential webinar participants and coordinate planning.
Set up GoToWebinar and Streamyard platforms for event execution.
Track webinar attendance and performance and report results to participants.
Manage the distribution of webinar prizes.
Assist with social media management:
Prepare broadcasts and social media posts.
Review post-performance and assist with basic responses.
Attend training sessions for social media management as needed.

Position Details
Hours: Approximately 28-30 hours per week, with potential to transition to full-time.
Employment Type: At-will, with 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month performance evaluations.
Location: Remote (Preferably residing in National Capital Region)
Background Checks: Candidates must be willing to undergo background and credit checks.
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
