Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our team in managing administrative tasks related to onboarding, client management, sales, and cold
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Administration: Manage
Invoicing and Financial Administration: Send invoices to clients, track due payments, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Project Management: Use our internal tools to set up project management systems for new clients.
Coordinate with tea
Cold
Export and manage prospect lists for cold
Import lists into verification tools, ensuring data accuracy and proper list management.
Sales Administration: Support the sales team by preparing necessary documentation and sales-related materials.
Qualifications:
Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and CRM systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate the needs of the team.
