About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Setter to join our team. As a key part of our client acquisition and engagement process, you will play an essential role in setting appointments, nurturing leads, and driving meaningful connections with potential clients. If you’re fluent in English, possess excellent written communication skills, and are eager to upskill, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Instagram DMs: Engage with potential clients, nurture leads, and set appointments through direct messaging.

Email
Communication: Send out emails to clients and follow up as needed.
Lead Engagement: Build relationships with leads by answering questions, addressing concerns, and maintaining consistent communication.
Appointment Setting: Ensure high-quality calls are booked with qualified leads, meeting predefined standards.
Tracking and Reporting: Complete end-of-day tracking reports and ensure accurate documentation of activities and outcomes.
KPIs: Achieve weekly and monthly key performance indicators for leads engaged, appointments set, and calls booked.
Upskilling: Participate in training programs to improve skills and performance.
Team Meetings: Attend weekly calls with myself to review progress, address challenges, and strategize for the week ahead.

Requirements:
Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.
Highly organized and self-motivated with a strong ability to multitask.
Comfortable using Instagram and email as primary communication tools.
Willingness to learn and upskill through provided training.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and KPIs.
Tech-savvy and familiar with tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
Positive attitude and commitment to professional growth.
