We’re a marketing agency specializing in Facebook Ads and booking appointments for outdoor living space companies. Our goal is to provide high-quality leads and help our clients close deals. We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a key role in onboarding clients, launching campaigns, and managing tasks using tools like GoHighLevel, Canva, and ClickUp.

What You’ll Do:
Onboard new clients, set up their accounts, and ensure they’re ready to launch.
Launch and monitor Facebook Ads by following clear SOPs.
Build automations, landing pages, and workflows in GoHighLevel.
Edit visuals and videos for campaigns using Canva and CapCut.
Attend daily morning meetings to review tasks and assignments.
Collaborate directly with the CEO and Head Client Success Manager.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
Beginner-level experience with Facebook Ads.
Intermediate experience with GoHighLevel, Canva, and CapCut.

Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable internet and a proactive attitude.

What We Offer:
Starting rate: $5 USD per hour.
