As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our content creation, administrative, and digital media tasks.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to assist with content creation, administrative duties, and digital design tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in content editing, design, and the use of AI tools to optimize workflow. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities:

Create and upload Instagram posts.

Create and upload Instagram carousels.

Manage ManyChat automation.

Respond to Instagram DMs and comments.

Automatically translate Reels text using Canva.

Research and collect trending IG/TikTok videos that match the given theme (Upgrade to see actual infoper month, 1 hour per day), ensuring they align with current trends and categorizing them in Excel to avoid repetition.

Create abandon cart’ sequence email sequences

Collect and organize customer testimonials.

Develop additional educational content for parents, such as PDF booklets.

Create and Translate e-books into English.




Qualifications:

Strong knowledge and experience in copywriting.

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Expertise in AI tools (such as ChatGPT) for content creation.

Experience with email marketing strategies and execution.

Ability to efficiently use ChatGPT for content generation.

Proficiency in Canva for design and content creation.

Skills in formatting and designing PDFs and other informational products.

Knowledge of ManyChat automation and chatbot setup.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar content creation, design, or administrative role.

Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).

Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and methods.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.




Preferred Candidate:

This position is strictly for candidates who are willing to work 7 days a week.

What We Offer:

-Competitive Salary: $560/month (based on $2.50/hour, 8 hours per day, 7 days a week).
-After a 3-month probation period, the salary increases to $3.00/hour, resulting in $672/month.
