JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our growing team (Filipino founded). The ideal candidate will excel in research, data management, and administrative tasks while demonstrating a strong ability to adapt to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Competitor Research:
Conduct in-depth competitor analysis, including market trends, product offerings, and key differentiators.
Compile and summarize findings into actionable reports.

Caregiver Sourcing:
Identify and source potential caregivers through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates, including contact details and profiles.
Data Entry & Database Management:
Enter and organize data into spreadsheets or databases with high accuracy.
Ensure the integrity and consistency of the database by performing regular updates and audits.

Academic Research:
Perform scholarly research using platforms like Google Scholar to gather information and resources.
Summarize research findings into concise, well-organized documents.

Administrative Support:
Assist in creating presentations, reports, and documentation as needed.
Provide ad hoc support for various projects and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Strong proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
Familiarity with academic research tools (e.g., Google Scholar, research databases).
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills (but not required):
Background in healthcare or caregiving-related industries.
