Key Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Must have lived or worked in Dubai before and possess a strong network in the region.
Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
Outstanding character, professionalism, and integrity.
Proficient in handling administrative and operational tasks with great attention to detail.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including
Support operations by coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Assist in planning and executing tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
