Virtual Assistant

I need a good virtual assistant who is very good with researching clips for a YouTube channel that I will create.

He/She needs to search for original clips online like on google, YouTube, reddit, X and other websites for a specific topic everyday. His primary job will be researching clips, including them in a document and sending it to me or to the team. The niche of the channel is "Police Car Chases & Crashes", like these channels here:

I need to create 15 videos per month. Video length after post productions will be around 30 minutes to 60 minutes (7 videos will be 30 minutes & 7 others 60 minutes long), and that would require up to 100 different clips per video.

I need the virtual assistant to be smart, analytical, fast, understandable, good communicator & eager to learn. Bonuses will be applied from the 3rd month of working together, depending on your performance.

This job will open the doors to more jobs in the future if I find the partnership to be very good.
