JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Virtual Assistant to manage our business emails and respond to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong command of professional communication, and the ability to maintain an organized flow of emails.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to customer orders and general inquiries via email
Maintain a professional tone and excellent grammar in all communications
Ensure timely responses within 24 hours to customer queries
Provide proactive communication, anticipating customer needs and addressing potential concerns
Requirements:

Proven experience in email management and customer communication
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responses
Proactive, organized, and adaptable approach to work
