Full-Time Virtual Assistant for Gold Dragon Investments
Position Overview: Gold Dragon Investments is seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our growing business. This role will focus on administrative support, podcast production, social media distribution and engagement, client and team communication, and other tasks essential to our operations. As trust and capabilities grow, there will be opportunities to take on higher-level responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow with a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle follow-ups.
- Maintain organization of digital files and team resources.
Podcast Production:
- Coordinate guest communication and scheduling for our audio and video podcast.
- Assist with episode editing, creating show notes, and managing uploads.
- Use Riverside for recording and production.
- Repurpose podcast content into social media posts and clips.
Social Media Distribution and Engagement:
- Distribute content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
- Handle DM conversations with prospective clients, qualifying leads and building relationships by providing value.
- Actively engage with other accounts, groups, and relevant communities to increase visibility and build relationships.
- Research trends to optimize social media strategy.
Client and Team Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for clients and tea
- Relay updates and ensure clear communication between parties.
Research and Marketing Tasks (As Capacity Allows):
- Conduct competitor research and compile audience insights.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with podcast production tools (e.g., Riverside, Audacity) is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and tools like Canva, and Asana.
- Ability to handle client conversations with professionalism and empathy.
