We are looking for a versatile and highly organized General Virtual Assistant to support our property management team with various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
Core responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry, file organization, and document management tasks.
- CRM & Database Management: Update client details, notes, etc in CRM.
- Create and send managing authorities and lease agreements.
- Send various template
- Schedule routine inspections and send subsequent reports.
- Schedule Safety Checks
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven administrative expertise with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
