Virtual Assistant

I am needing a virtual assistant who is not unethical and is willing to work really hard and not quiet on our company while in the middle of task. We need good referrals and proof you do not bail on companies and leave them hanging. We need someone who is reliable and consistent and great with google, websites, emails, and phone calls is a must.
