Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide backend support for our video production on multiple YouTube channels. This long-term position requires about 40 hours of work per week. You will be responsible for performing tasks that help us push our videos out.

Responsibilities:

Project Setup:
Create folders on Google Drive for each video project
Create Trello cards
Create thumbnails using AI and Canva

Quality Control:
Check scripts following a checklist
Check videos following a checklist

Uploading:
Upload videos to YouTube
Add titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to videos

Documenting:
Submit brief reports
Weekly meeting
How to’s
Communicate with team

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Google Drive
Familiar with Trello
Basic design skills using Canva
Basic experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, ideogram.ai, and Leonardo.ai
Proficiency in YouTube Studio for uploading and managing videos
Strong attention to detail

Pay: $1.70 per hour (100 PHP)
~40 hours per week
