Job Overview:
At The Cardea Group, our Virtual Assistants play an essential role in keeping the business moving forward. Their most important responsibility is maintaining the integrity of candidate and client data in our internal systems. Additionally, this individual will be instrumental in partnering with the search teams to lift the administrative burden from the recruiters, allowing them to remain focused on candidates and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update talent pools within our internal database, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Develop a strong grasp of our internal candidate coding system, applying this understanding to maintain accurate classification of all candidates in the database.
- Conduct regular searches of target talent pools and import relevant new candidates to the internal database.
- Manage the flow of in-bound inquiries to company
- Use templates to create marketing content for meetings with potential clients.
- Collaborate with search team to complete ad hoc projects as requested.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our research methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, with notable academic success.
- At least two years of previous work experience in an administrative role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a fluent grasp of the English language.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work US Eastern timezone hours.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM software and/or talent databases, especially Loxo.
- Knowledge of the executive search or recruitment industry.
- Knowledge of the investment management industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Mathematics, Human Resources, History, Languages, or Library Sciences.
