We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to the Director while working remotely. This will be a long-term full-time role for the right person.

o Update Customer Relations Management Software
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and CRM Software
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, MS Excel)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Outlook Calendar, Calendly)
• Excellent phone,
• Excellent time management skills
• Solid organizational skills
• Excellent command of the English
