JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to the Director while working remotely. This will be a long-term full-time role for the right person.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings and marketing duties. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, experience with Microsoft applications such as MS word and Excel, along with experience using communication tools like Microsoft Teams. A good command of the English language, both written and oral is imperative and Superstar Salesperson to perform regular marketing duties including warm and cold calling of prospects.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. As well as meet deadlines and marketing/onboarding KPIs

o Preparation of proposals
o Update Customer Relations Management Software

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and CRM Software
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, MS Excel)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Outlook Calendar, Calendly)
• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Solid organizational skills
• Excellent command of the English
