How are you fellow applicants,

I'm looking for someone to help me find a job. Ironically, I'm like you and need help finding work. This is an opportunity for a month where you and I are going to go over a few scripts and you are going to be lead generating. I am busy with taking care of my family and do not have the time to hunt for work. So, I will be giving you a list of tools to use, and the times you are going to be lead generating. I am looking for someone who is reliable and has good English. You must be able to hold a conversation so if you have broken English, you are not a great candidate. This work is generally very easy and I'm looking for a volume amount weekly. If we do not hit our goal within month 1, we will go into the new years after the second week of January and keep going. This is a part time gig, so you will not be working 8 hours a day. More like 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. I am looking for a specific number weekly so I will be checking in on you twice a week to see how you are doing and if you are doing great, then we will keep going. There is also a bonus, if I get hired. So that should be motivation :D
