Responsibilities
• Manage main office phone line between the hours of 09:00 – 17:00 GMT, screening all calls to ensure only genuine customers are connected.
• Oversee basic office finances, generating PO’s and submitting orders to our trusted supplier list.
• Deal with all in-bound sales enquiries (phone &
• Assist with all in-process and aftercare customer service enquiries, collaborating with our production team to ensure through communication throughout the manufacturing process.
• Responsible for dealing with all transport-based enquiries. Ensuring that invoices are correctly consolidated, and any credit notes are raised for damages or mis-assigned labels.
• Maintaining BS EN ISO 9001 QMS system, ensuring that all production and customer non-conformances are correctly reported – training will be provided.
Requirements
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
Desirables
• Understanding of BS EN ISO 9001 – Section 10
