JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented Virtual Assistant to support and eventually oversee operations for two growing businesses: a cleaning company and a football training/agency business. This role begins as a part-time position but is expected to quickly evolve into a full-time role as the businesses grow. It’s an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who excels at multitasking and is passionate about helping businesses thrive.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients/customers.
Scheduling: Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings to ensure seamless operations.
Social Media Management: Plan, create, and post engaging content; monitor and respond to interactions.
Content Creation: Develop and edit materials for blogs, newsletters, and other platforms.
Bookkeeping & Payroll: Manage financial records and payroll using QuickBooks.
CEO Calendar Management: Organize and prioritize the CEO’s daily schedule.

Email
Marketing: Create and execute email campaigns to engage clients and promote services.

Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software.
Experience with lead generation tools and strategies.
Social media expertise across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to create compelling content for various platforms.
