Role Overview
We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to support our business operations by handling finance tracking and starting conversations with potential leads on LinkedIn. This is a simple but impactful role with plenty of growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities

Finance Tracking:

- Monitor ad performance (spend, ROI, leads, and sales).
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports summarizing financial performance and lead flow.
- Track subscription renewals and follow up on late payments.

LinkedIn Outreach:
- Use templates to start personalized conversations with potential leads.
- Log and organize outreach activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Excellent written English skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers and creating basic reports (Google Sheets or Excel).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow clear instructions.
- Motivated to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or willingness to be trained.

Preferred but not required:
- Experience in finance tracking or client outreach.
- Basic knowledge of ad performance metrics like ROI.

Hours

Pay
$3/hour - $4/hour USD, based on experience, with growth opportunities and bonuses for exceptional performance.
