JOB OVERVIEW

We are on the hunt for a proactive Virtual Assistant who is fluent in English and has a dependable internet connection. The ideal candidate should be experienced in using the following tools:

- Microsoft Office
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- HubSpot
- Gmail
- Zoom

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and established guidelines to discover and compile high-quality leads for our business.
Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook to boost our online presence.

Email
Handling: Manage incoming emails by responding promptly or organizing them as per provided instructions.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant
Hands-on expertise with HubSpot
Strong command of English
Knowledge of social media management
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Excel
Experience with Google Sheets
Excellent time management and organizational skills
