Role Overview:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide essential support across various operational areas. You’ll help manage platforms like Shopify, Faire, and ClickUp, all while demonstrating a commitment to learning new programs and processes. Your attention to detail, initiative, and resourcefulness will be critical to your success in this role.

We’re looking for someone for 20hours a week initially with the possibility to grow into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

Note: Experience is a nice to have, not a need to have. At the end of the day, the biggest thing we’re looking for is a self starter, critical thinker and excellent at learning new things and solving problems with all the information available.

- Efficiently manage day-to-day tasks, ensuring all work is completed with precision and on time.
- Support e-commerce operations on Shopify and Faire, including product management and order handling.
- Leverage ClickUp to organize workflows, manage tasks, and support team coordination.
- Solve operational challenges independently, identifying and implementing practical solutions.
- Follow detailed instructions while maintaining the flexibility to suggest and implement improvements.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and processes as needed.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the team to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Ability to work synchronously from 0900 to 1200 EST. Ability to work asynchronously to complete work independently.

What You’ll Bring:

- A proven ability to follow instructions while independently resolving issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail; nothing escapes your careful review.
- Experience with Shopify, Faire, and ClickUp (preferred but not required).
- The ability to work “if you give a little, you get a lot” into your video.
- A tech-savvy mindset with a demonstrated ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
