Wentwood Capital is a real estate lending firm based in Miami. We are a growing company looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our marketing team. You will assist with our social media efforts and other marketing-related tasks. We already have a video editor and graphic designer, so your role will focus on managing and executing marketing strategies, social media scheduling, and online engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
-Post content regularly across social media platforms
-Monitor and engage with audience comments, messages, and feedback
-Schedule posts and campaigns using social media management tools
-Assist in brainstorming and implementing marketing strategies
-Analyze social media performance and provide basic reports
-Coordinate with the video editor and graphic designer for content creation needs
-Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes
-Support additional marketing tasks as needed (e.g.,
Qualifications:
-Experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role in marketing
-Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
-Excellent written communication skills
-Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
-Basic knowledge of marketing principles
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Reliable internet connection
Preferred but not required:
-Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,
-Knowledge of basic SEO principles
