Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a full time employee hopefully that can grow with me as I grow my own online course company. I am an entrepreneur that does many different jobs so I am looking for someone that also knows how to do many different jobs. I am open to giving raises based on performance for sure and once sales begin I am happy to give a percentage of sales on top of salary.
Please only apply if you have 5 years experience working with:
- Tech in general (Basic data entry, Spreadsheets, data management, online file storage, finding cutting edge AI software to help with tasks - like finding AI to take a video and make it into text)
- Online Sales management (Shopify, IG sales, TikTok sales, Youtube sales)
- Creating simple but fun and fantastic looking videos
- Spoken sales (sales calls with excellent, not formal, casual and kind English, Spanish is a plus)
- Excellent spoken English and experience with gaining clients through telephone interactions
- Excellent English editing
- A desire for a productive work environment that is fun and stuffy or too formal
- Resourceful problem solver

Bonus if you have experience with:
- Social media Reels/You tube shorts
- Video editing (mostly online classes)
- Book writing/ghost writing
