Remote VA to General Manager

Are you a detail-oriented administrative professional looking for a remote role? We're seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our General Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Daily administrative tasks and communication
- Time tracking and reporting
- Meeting attendance and documentation
- Data entry and financial reporting
- Hubspot CRM and CMS management including automation
- Project management
- Report preparation
- Preparing contracts and presentations
- Meeting scheduling
- Market research

Requirements:
- Experience with Hubspot CMS and CRM
- Proficiency in MS365 Suite especially Excel
- Excellent English communication skills
- Systems and processes documentation experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for marketing and finance
