Full time, Permanent role - a remote worker is needed to join our team from 17th February in our UK Business.
· 35,000PHP per month during initial 3 months training (£477)
· 45,000 per month after the first 3 months (£613)
· Salary review each year for good performance after that
· You will be an important part of a small team of 5 (UK-based and Portugal and Philippines-based) staff working together.

SUMMARY:
1) The job is 40 hours per week 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday UK time (4pm to midnight in the Philippines).
2) This is not a temporary job, or a freelance job. It is a permanent full time job. You will become a proper member of our team, treated like our British tea
3) Full Training will be provided.
4) You will also get paid holiday (28 days paid holiday days off every year) - the same as our UK staff.
5) We also pay your PHILHEALTH and SSS because this is a permanent full time role.
6) To start with you will use your own computer and we would then purchase a new one for you after an initial period.
ABOUT US:

ABOUT THE JOB:
The work will include the following:
1. Taking information provided and inputting to our online systems.
2. Calling tenants who have expressed an interest in our properties to qualify them (using a checklist of questions) and book them in for viewings on the team calendar.
3. Sending
4. Updating us with a short daily report on your day.
5. Assisting the Director with any other general admin tasks that have been assigned to you.
6. Preparing online adverts for new properties according to our system.
7. Verifying tenant identities by video call.
8. Preparing tenancy agreements as per our system.
9. Joining in the weekly tea
It may include supporting our existing team with:
10. Using an online system to record and check maintenance issues.
11. Getting quotes or estimates for maintenance or refurbishment jobs we have identified.
And it may also include:
12. Researching & Identifying Properties using our online tools and systems to create a shortlist for potential buyers.
SKILLS REQUIRED (not in any order):
1. Very important is attitude or work ethic – and RELIABILITY. We are all positive, proactive and pleasant in how we deal with each other and our clients. We have a "can do" attitude and do “whatever it takes” (legally, ethically and morally) to ensure we don't let the team down. We all go the extra mile when we need to and we support and help each other if anyone is in need or has a challenge to deal with. Would you be willing to do this too?

7. Qualifications not necessary but a University Degree or Business Administration qualification may be an advantage.
8. Important: You must already be fluent in English, especially comfortable speaking and listening on the phone or on zoom video calls. If people have difficulty understanding you, sorry but this job is not for you.

10. You must be able to work full time UK office hours - this is not a temporary position. It is permanent and we hope to find someone to work for many years. So you must have a suitable quiet place to work from.
11. Knowledge of Google Drive / Docs / Sheets / Calendar is helpful.
TOOLS REQUIRED (to get started - you will need to have):
1. Your own computer (we will provide a work computer or laptop sometime after the initial trial period - we can discuss with you).
2. Your own cell phone (mobile phone). You will make calls via Wifi not via telephone network - so calls will be at no cost to you.
3. Good, stable and reliable, high speed internet connection (fast enough for video calls).
4. Ideally - your own electricity generator - if you live in an area prone to power cuts.
