We’re looking for a friendly and caring Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help with customer support and ad management. This role is straightforward and designed to be easy to manage. If you’re someone who values making people feel appreciated and understood, we’d love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Customer Support (Approx. 1 hour per day):
Check and respond to customer
Update shipping addresses, address tracking inquiries, and handle refund/cancellation requests.
Manage order and size changes, ensuring each customer feels valued and understood.
Ad Management (Approx. 2 minutes per day):
Turn ads off at 12:00 AM CST and back on at 7:00 AM CST (just a few clicks).
Requirements:
Caring attitude and ability to make customers feel appreciated.
Good English communication skills.
Reliable and detail-oriented.
Fast internet speed: At least 80 Mbps download, 70 Mbps upload.
Based in the Philippines.
