JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a professional and experienced Virtual Assistant to start immediately.

Must have experience and be able to multitask!

Job description includes tasks such as:

• Organizing communication via emails and phone calls.
• Providing customer service by becoming the first point of contact.
• Managing the contact lists of the customers or clients.
• Organizing the manager’s calendars and send out reminders daily.
• Making and reviewing spreadsheets and maintaining online records.
• Conducting market research and reporting the results.
• Helping out employees with administrative queries.
• Responding to emails and calls from customers.
• Making calls to locate and screen potential clients.

Experience with sales is a +
- Must be able to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, PP, Office and will all Google office apps as well.
- Experience with Chatgbt.
-All hours of work are Eastern US time*****
- Must Be 100% Fluent in English and Very Proficient with grammar. Spanish is a major + !!!

Must get tasks done and report back daily!
