Virtual Assistant

European Amazon e-commerce business founder/owner is searching for 2 tech-savvy Virtual Assistants.
Previous experience (1+ years) in either
a) Amazon or general e-commerce OR
b) web development or automation,
is a must.
The founder is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in engineering, dozens of hires, and two successful businesses launched.
You will be the first hires in this new company, working side-by-side with the founder, while setting up business processes from the ground up.
You will have an exciting opportunity to become familiar with different responsibilities and grow with the company.
Work from 3PM to 11PM Manila time.


TASKS:

Amazon related:
Monitoring all company tasks and following up on them in online project management tools
Making sure tasks are completed / reported on time across the board
Creating task workflows using automation tools like Make.com, Pabbly Connect, Robomotion, etc.
Creating/editing websites and landing pages with low code tools
Amazon product research
Managing off-Amazon advertizing campaigns
Communicating with company suppliers
Organizing and following up on company shipments to Amazon warehouses
Creating visual content in Canva and similar tools
Amazon listing setup and management
Amazon keyword research and harvesting
Creating and updating company documentation and knowledge base articles
Replying to customer support messages
Pre-screening applicant resumes
Coordinating and following up on freelancers’ work making sure it is completed on time


REQUIRED:

Proactive attitude to move assigned tasks forward
Speaking & writing in fluent English
1+ year experience in a) Amazon, e-commerce, technical digital marketing or b) automation, web development
1+ year experience working, collaborating and reporting using project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, or similar
Experience using no-code/low code automation tools like Make.com, Pabbly Connect, or similar
Being reachable for calls and remote co-working sessions anytime during work hours between 3PM to 11PM Manila time
Basic knowledge and experience in coding is a very big plus (javascript, HTML, CSS or similar).

SALARY:

$600 to $1000 per month depending on experience and skill level. Full-time employment (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week).


RECRUITING PROCESS:

1. Video screening interview (~5 minutes)
2. Online general aptitude test (~20 minutes)
3. Interview with the company owner
4. Case study or specific skill test
5. Offer from the company
