We are looking for long-term, full-time Virtual Assistance to join our team. There is significant growth potential for those who consistently make a positive contribution to our company. We are seeking dedicated candidates who will represent the company with excellent service and commitment.
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PLATFORMS:
Shopify (eCommerce platform)
Responsibilities:
? Track and monitor all customer orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
? Identify and resolve shipping-related issues, such as incorrect addresses, delayed shipments, and pickup problems.
? Communicate with suppliers to escalate lost or delayed packages.
? Maintain accurate records of order issues and resolutions.
? Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
? Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, customer satisfaction, and ticket resolution speed.
Applicants must:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in customer support.
- Be proficient in Shopify and eCommerce.
- Speak and write fluent English.
- Be available Monday to Sunday, including weekly team calls.
- Be organized, motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
- Be available to start immediately and work full-time.
