Duties and Responsibilities:
• Cold calling,
• Work closely with the sales team
• Follow/create well-documented scripts and sequences for contacting potential customers
• Find contact information and initiate contact, generate leads independently
• Meeting weekly targets/quotas
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up activities in CRM systems
• Other tasks as required
Must Haves:
• Proven 1 year+ experience as an appointment setter or sales representative
• Experience with Hubspot or similar software
• Great phone voice and high energy (lots of cold calling)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in lead generation, lead nurturing, and research
• Great collaboration effort with others especially with the sales team
• Ability to follow instructions carefully
Nice to Have:
• ZoomInfo experience
• Cin 7 experience
• Microsoft Teams and Outlook experience
• Webex conference calling
Work Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent Monday to Friday (8 AM to 5 PM Central Time)
Pay Rate: $5.00 - $6.50 an hour
