Virtual Admin Assistant Wanted - Internal Administration & Data Entry

Hi my name is Gary and I am a co-founder of My Trusted Expert and we are looking for a highly motivated and driven person with a “doers” mentality to join our team.

You will be operating across a variety of tasks including, adding new clients to our Wordpress website, listening and assigning labels to client calls for invoicing and creating weekly ad reports to name a few.

When you join our team we will provide you with all the necessary video training to complete the tasks and offer ongoing coaching directly from me and my business partner to help you reach your full potential and aspirations within the company. We are looking for someone who is willing to get their hands dirty and by working side-by-side with us you will learn valuable skills to further enhance your career.

TASKS YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Background checks and vetting of potential clients
- Adding new clients to our website using the Wordpress Elementor Page Builder
- Updating clients pages to new versions
- Setting up Google ad campaigns for new clients in Google Sheets
- Listening to client phone calls and verifying between genuine enquiries and non-enquiries
- Replying to client support queries
- Entering Data into weekly ad reports in Google Sheets

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent English verbal skills, well-spoken, clear and direct
- Excellent English written skills, able to catch grammatical and spelling errors
- Ability to accurately follow precise instructions (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Hard working, detail-orientated and extremely well organised
- Honest and reliable
- A positive, problem-solving attitude with a passion to learn and grow
- The availability to work 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- A reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone and speakers, reliable internet connection and power connection if working remotely
- WordPress knowledge is a bonus

COMPENSATION:
- The position is Full Time (40 hours per week, Monday - Friday)
- Working hours are flexible but mainly work between 10am to 7pm Philippines time including a 1 hour lunch break to closer overlap with UK timezone to help for communication purposes.
- 20,000 PHP per month (option to earn more with weekend overtime work)
- Will pay weekly at first, then Monthly thereafter
