Time Commitment: 10–15 hours/week initially
Rate: $500 CAD/month
Time Zone: Flexible, prefers some overlap with PST/PDT (Vancouver, Canada)
Job Description:
I need an organized Virtual Assistant to manage my schedule, handle admin tasks, and assist with basic AI tools. This remote role involves coordinating meetings with multiple people, organizing files and transcripts, and shopping online for me. You’ll use Toggl to track hours, communicate with me via iMessage, and will be provided a Google account for work.
Tasks:
Manage my Google Calendar, coordinate with multiple people to schedule meetings, and send invitations.
Organize files and meeting transcripts into a queryable Google Drive system (e.g., folders or Sheets index).
Track expenses/income in Google Sheets.
Sell my old tech on marketplaces (e.g.,
Use basic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for drafting or research.
Shop online for me (e.g., order supplies, compare prices).
Handle ad-hoc admin tasks (e.g.,
Required Skills:
Proficient in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets), Google Calendar, and online marketplaces.
Strong organizational and communication skills (English).
Basic experience with AI tools like ChatGPT.
Able to coordinate schedules across multiple people.
Willing to use Toggl for hour tracking and iMessage for communication (a Google account will be provided).
Nice-to-Have:
Previous VA experience.
Availability for PST/PDT mornings (e.g., 9 AM–12 PM).
