About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Accounting Assistant to support a growing property management business. If you have a strong background in accounts payable and experience with QuickBooks and Buildium, this is a great opportunity to make an impact. You’ll be responsible for managing expenses, ensuring accuracy, and helping onboard new clients while also guiding the business owner to improve processes.
What You’ll Do:
• Review and tag expenses in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up with property managers to resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts and confirm all details align.
• Export data from Buildium to Google Sheets and import into QuickBooks.
• Assist with onboarding new property owners and answering their questions.
• Help refine and improve existing workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable (BPO experience preferred).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Buildium.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
• Self-starter who can guide and support the business owner when needed.
