Master the art of storytelling across different formats

Create attention-grabbing hooks for both formats
Handle end-to-end video production and optimization
Build content strategies that leverage both formats

You Should Be:

Fluent in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
A master of pacing and storytelling in both formats
Always up on YouTube trends and algorithm changes
Self-motivated and able to crush deadlines
Creative but data-driven (you understand what makes content pop off)
Expert in YouTube SEO and metadata optimization

Has a proven track record in both formats (1M+ views on shorts, strong retention on long-form)
Can plan videos with repurposing in mind
Understands hook writing and retention optimization
Has experience with motion graphics and sound design
