Key Responsibilities:

Image Design & Creation (80%)
- Design original, eye-catching images using tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar.
- Utilize AI tools, such as MidJourney or others to create high-quality images efficiently.
- Sourcing high-quality, relevant visuals from platforms like Shutterstock to match article themes and emotional tone.
- Collaborate with writers and editors to translate article concepts into highly clickable visuals.

Image Experimentation & Optimization (20%)
- Test new image styles (e.g., line art, sketches, etc.) to discover what drives maximum engagement.
- Continuously refine your approach based on testing outcomes to improve click-through rates (CTR).

Competitor Research
- Research competitor strategies for engaging visual content.
- Identify winning practices and implement them to improve performance.

Content Management & Scheduling
- Upload and schedule images alongside articles in WordPress.
- Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of scheduled posts.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct weekly reporting to analyze image performance.

Provide insights on:
- Top 5 clicked articles on MSN.
- Reasons for high clicks (attribution).
- Key takeaways and actionable insights for improvement.
