Primary Responsibilities:
- Produce thousands of social media ads across various brands, e-commerce sites, affiliate products, and search arbitrage campaigns.
- Transform User-Generated Content (UGC) into captivating ads using effects, subtitles, and sound to maximize conversion rates.
- Leverage "Raw Material" to create a variety of video ads, optimizing each for peak performance.
- Apply performance marketing tactics tailored to large-scale, non-branded campaigns.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and creativity in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in creating thousands of social media ads, especially within e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and search arbitrage.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, with a focus on maximizing Click-Through Rates (CTRs) and conversions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple projects at once.
- Experience in leading or working closely with a small team is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work even when scaling up production.
