We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Roles and Responsibilities
-Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, storyboard, and design direct response ads across digital platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, postcards, direct mail,
-Edit and produce videos using stock footage, UGC, or a combination of both, ensuring creative assets align with performance-driven goals.
-Create high volumes of visual content on a weekly basis, including ads, banners, social media assets, and short-form video.
-Develop cohesive visual identities for campaigns while adhering to brand guidelines.
-Work closely with copywriters and other creative tea
-Optimize visuals and video ads for performance by implementing feedback from testing data (A/B tests, click-through rates, conversions).
-Organize and maintain a library of assets, including UGC and stock content, for ongoing use in various campaigns.
Qualifications:
-3-5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing with a focus on direct-to-consumer (DTC) advertising.
-Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
-Ability to produce a high volume of assets on a weekly basis, with excellent time management skills.
-Strong attention to detail and an eye for compelling design and storytelling.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
-Approachable personality with a client-focused mindset.
-Bonus: Experience in the aesthetics industry, including medspas, plastic surgery, or beauty sectors.
