Video editor for YouTube and Short form content (tiktok/reels)

Hello! I need a passionate video editor to edit youtube and shortform videos. Most videos will be 1-10 minutes long. That means you'll get between 30-40 hours of work per week.

About my company:

MUST have experience making videos for reels/tiktoks, ideally for creators in the past that have 50k+ followers

Not only having the technical skills is important, but an intuition on when to apply editing to emphasize points, illustrate them and so on. Not just throwing random effects for no reason.
