Video editor and script writer

I am looking for a social media manager. Specifically:
Scripts - copy writing for my Youtube channel. I will provide the topic and give you several video examples. You can use Chat GPT for the formatting and structuring of the scripts. I am in need of 3 scripts per week for 10 -15min long videos.
I will need those videos edited.
Create thumbnails for the videos.
Create a blog post for each video.

I am a busy real estate agent and am looking to hire someone creative, who understands how important a personal brand is. I am starting a youtube channel about real estate and looking for someone with previous experience and fluent in english. You have to have previous experience with editing, thumbnail creation, copy writing, SEO.
