JOB OVERVIEW

We seek a creative and experienced Video and Social Media Strategist to join our team remotely, part-time or full-time. This role will support the development and execution of our social media content, mainly focusing on video creation for both personal branding and The Aussie Man, a leading skincare brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in video editing, social media strategy, and graphic design, with a keen understanding of current trends, particularly in video advertising.

Responsibilities:

- Video Editing & Production
*Create dynamic, engaging reels for the Founder’s personal profile and The Aussie Man brand (from content provided).
*Edit and produce TikTok videos for The Aussie Man (from existing content), ensuring alignment with brand voice and trending formats.
*Collaborate with the Founder on strategy and ideas for video content, staying updated on current trends to create standout content.
* Provide detailed scripts for Founder content and for branded content for the Australia team to film.

- Video Ad Creation
*Develop and produce video ads for Facebook, demonstrating a deep understanding of ad structure, including Hook, Content, and CTA.
*Must be capable of creating high-converting video ads that captivate and engage audiences.
*Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in video ad creation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating an understanding of effective video ad structure and storytelling.

- Graphic Design
*Create visually compelling graphics for The Aussie Man website and social media posts, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand aesthetic.
*Design static and animated social media content to a high standard for organic engagement.
*Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in graphic design, with expertise in creating high-quality visuals for digital platforms.

- Social Media Strategy & Management
*Develop, implement, and manage a social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
*Manage and oversee social media content scheduling, ensuring a consistent, impactful online presence.
*Track and report on social media campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
*Stay up to date with the latest best practices and trends across social media platforms.

- Other Requirements
*Excellent organizational and time-management skills
*Ability to work independently in a remote setup
*Strong communication skills for regular check-ins and updates with the team
