Video Script creator and content manager

This role will focus on leveraging AI to create compelling content for YouTube, social media platforms, and a weekly newsletter, enhancing efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in utilizing AI tools such as Chat GPT, Perplexity, Submagic, Vidyo, Gamma.app, and Canva to generate engaging YouTube scripts, content planning, and social media video editing.

Key Responsibilities:

write two YouTube video scripts per week, aligning with the our area, real estate market trends and audience interests.

Utilize AI-driven insights to research market data and trends, ensuring content is engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly.

Social Media Content:

Develop and write social media reels and short-form content using AI notebooklm.google

Plan and schedule content in alignment with AI-driven analytics to maximize reach and engagement.

Newsletter Production:

Assist in generating a weekly real estate newsletter by curating relevant market data, local news stories, weekly event calendar and helpful tips for buyers and sellers.

Utilize AI to personalize and optimize content for different audience segments.

Video Editing:

Edit short-form videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook using tools like Canva and Vidyo.

Add text overlays, captions, and branding elements to enhance video appeal.

Ensure content is optimized for various social media platforms.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in content writing, preferably within the real estate or marketing industry.

Strong ability to leverage AI tools such as Perplexity, Submagic, Vidyo, Gamma.app, and Canva for content generation, planning, and market research.

Proficiency in video editing tools and AI-driven content automation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
