Video Project Manager & Delivery – ProMediaCO
Job Overview
ProMediaCO is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Video Project Manager to oversee the review, quality control, and delivery of real estate videos. This role is essential in ensuring that all videos meet our high standards, align with client expectations, and are delivered on time. The ideal candidate is responsible, communicative, and capable of managing multiple projects efficiently. This position reports directly to the Creative Director.

Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations
1. Managing Video Projects & Deliveries
Responsibilities:
Oversee 60-90 videos per month for 7-10 different clients, ensuring each project follows the client's style and requirements.
Review all edited videos before delivery, checking for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and ensuring instructions were followed correctly.
Analyze b-roll selection to ensure it aligns with the client's brand and preferences.
Send videos to clients for approval and collect feedback.
Relay client feedback to the editing team and track revision requests.
SMART Expectations:
- Ensure 100% of videos are reviewed for errors and client preferences before delivery.
- Maintain an on-time delivery rate of 95% or higher, ensuring clients receive their videos promptly.
- Minimize revision requests by ensuring initial edits meet client expectations.
2. Quality Control & Custom Instructions
Responsibilities:
Ensure every video meets ProMediaCO’s high-quality standards before delivery.
Follow and implement custom instructions from clients, including specific shots, transitions, and branding elements.
Communicate with editors if instructions were not followed properly and request necessary adjustments.
Proactively identify and correct errors before sending videos to clients.
SMART Expectations:
- Achieve a 95%+ client satisfaction rate by delivering polished, accurate, and visually engaging videos.
- Ensure custom instructions are implemented with 100?curacy, reducing the need for multiple revision requests.
- Minimize client-requested corrections by thoroughly reviewing videos before delivery.
3. Handling Revisions & Client Communication
Responsibilities:
Track and manage all client revision requests, ensuring they are completed within 24 hours.
Prioritize revision tasks while maintaining a steady workflow for new projects.
Maintain open communication with clients, keeping them updated on the status of their revisions.
Ensure feedback is relayed to the editing team clearly and efficiently to avoid unnecessary delays.
SMART Expectations:
- Ensure 95% of revisions are completed within 24 hours to maintain fast turnaround times.
- Manage multiple client feedback loops without delaying new projects.
- Keep revision-related delays to less than 5% of total video deliveries.
Who You Are:
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong eye for detail, ensuring spelling, grammar, and branding elements are correct.
Excellent communication skills, able to relay client feedback effectively to the editing team.
Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate and correct issues before they reach the client.
Experience in video editing, quality control, or project management is a plus.
