Position Overview:
As a Video & Photo Editor, you will play a crucial role in editing and enhancing both video and photo content for a variety of projects, from client events to branding campaigns. This is a full-time or part-time position, and we are looking for someone who is highly skilled, adaptable, and has at least 3 years of experience in the field. You’ll be expected to deliver high-quality content quickly while adhering to deadlines, and you’ll be part of a team that’s committed to delivering outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
Video Editing:
Edit and produce high-quality videos for events (e.g., weddings, baby showers, birthdays), branding shoots, and lifestyle content
Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure video content matches client expectations and brand guidelines
Add transitions, effects, sound design, and music to videos, ensuring the final product is polished and professional
Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram,
Manage and organize video files and assets to maintain a streamlined workflow
Photo Editing:
Edit and enhance photos for various events and projects, including color correction, retouching, and ensuring high-quality output
Collaborate with the creative team to create visually appealing images for branding, lifestyle, and event shoots
Work with raw images to enhance visual appeal while maintaining consistency with brand aesthetics
Resize and crop images to fit platform specifications and client needs
Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional experience in video and photo editing
Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Strong proficiency in photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
Proven experience in editing event videos and photos (weddings, baby showers, lifestyle shoots, etc.)
A keen eye for detail and visual storytelling
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent communication skills and the ability to take creative direction
